As a result, there is a risk that packages may not arrive as expected. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for untracked shipments that do not arrive. Tracked Shipping Option (CAD 18.50):

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting our tracked shipping option for CAD 18.50. This service includes full tracking and delivery confirmation, ensuring that you can monitor the progress of your package from dispatch to delivery. In the unlikely event of any issues, we can offer support and resolution, including refunds or replacements if the package does not arrive. This option provides greater security and reliability for your order. 

USA Shipping Option (USD $12.00)

We offer shipping to all locations across the United States at a flat rate of $12 USD per order. All shipments include tracked shipping, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time. Returns Disclaimer

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive a faulty or broken product, we offer the following return policy:

1. Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that are faulty or broken upon arrival. Items must be reported as damaged within 30 days of receipt.

3. No Return Shipping: There is no need to return the faulty or broken item. Once we have verified the issue, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds: Once your report is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations: We cannot offer refunds for untracked shipments that do not arrive, as we are unable to verify their delivery status.
